Customer contacts us —> We site survey (get the most information and take photos) —> Quote Customer —> Provide the service —> Invoice Customer

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited creates a portfolio on the customer for the project that is in hand. In the portfolio has information for quoting, all electronic conversations, providing the service, invoices and some details for our insurance.

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited staff are trained and have restrictive access to data area on our systems, any portable information is destroyed once that member of staff has completed their job role.

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited all data we create is stored on secured systems, using the market leaders services to check, virus scan and back up. We don’t use portable devices to transfer information, to take off site.

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited promise to never sell or pass on information to any other services, unless the customer ask us directly. The only information we pass on is to insurances.

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited may use before/after photos for advertising our services. We ask our customers if this can be used before posting. We wont reveal any of our customer details on the photos.

 

Marco Home Improvements Limited will not cold call our customers, we only ever call to arrange appointments, to get any information need for a project, questions/queries, regarding quotes/payment or any other matters.

 

Any information our customers request or to be removed, will take 20 working days. Our data officer will create a report for the action that has been requested. Our Data office will request two types of ID information to allow this process.
